The Story Behind Sespe Law: Zachary E. Tinker, Esq.
Zachary E. Tinker is the founder and principal attorney of Sespe Law APC, dedicated to serving individuals and small businesses with practical community-focused legal solutions. Drawing on extensive experience in dependency law, criminal defense, and insurance claims, Zach provides zealous representation rooted in compassion, integrity, and detailed statutory understanding.
Beyond his legal work, Zach serves as chairperson of the Southern California Youth Yacht Racing Association (SCYYRA) and as the Secretary of LifeSail, helping empower underserved youth through maritime education. A passionate Opti Dad, he supports his daughters in competitive sailing events nationwide and often volunteers as a drone pilot to capture youth regattas. He enjoys skiing at Mammoth Mountain and spending time at the Santa Barbara Dog Beach with his wife Carina and their three dogs.
